Breakfast

Simple breakfast consists of cerials with yogurts, milk and soy, fresh fruit salad and porridge, toast and spreads and freshly pressable vegetables juices and fruit juices. "Toasty's" (Toasted Sandwiches) are ham or salami with cheese and tomato and some without meat for the vegetarians.

Full breakfast consisting of the above, including cooked eggs (poached or fired), grilled bacon, sausages and tomatoes with mushrooms cooked in their own juice. On request we may also serve baked beans and puff pastry shells with corn and egg filling.

Lunch or Dinner

Our main meals consist of two meat dishes (on Friday's one will be fish). They will be a wet dish and grilled or fried fish with one red and one white meat. There also will be a vegetarian dish, like a stir-fry with hokkien-noodles, or a curry of lentils, etc.

Potato, rice, or pasta with various flavors will be served as starch dishes. A platter of vegetables, one or more fresh salads, and buttered fresh breads are part of every meal.

Desert like a warm pudding with a fruit-coullis, or a nice torte, is always served with ice cream.

Morning and Afternoon Tea

As morning tea we often get asked for additional sandwiches or some "toasty's", fresh fruits are always available in a basket located near unit.

Afternoon tea is a savory, like a sandwich or soup on cold days, a sweet like a cake or biscuits, and a fruit platter, all to be left on set.

We also can serve afternoon tea the same as above or the likes of: warm hotdogs, sausage rolls, quiches, falafel's etc.

Supper

As a supper we suggest a spicy pasta dish with a fresh garden salad or a cheese platter with crackers and dips, included with this course will be a sweet.
